This artisan cheese undergoes a 4-month curing process followed by 8 to 10 months of maceration in extra virgin olive oil. Its smooth, creamy texture and ivory color make it a delicacy for cheese lovers. Made from 100% raw sheep’s milk, the cheese features small, irregularly distributed eyes and delivers an intense, elegant flavor with a rich, persistent aftertaste that is enhanced by the extra virgin olive oil. Each portion weighs approximately 300 grams.
