Made from 100% pasteurized sheep’s milk and infused with shelled pistachios (4.5%), the cheese delivers a fresh, light, and slightly sweet flavor, typical of unaged sheep’s cheese, enhanced by the rich, nutty taste of pistachios. Its small, irregularly distributed eyes and distinctive flavor make it a unique and delicious choice. Each portion weighs approximately 300 grams.
